Requirements
Before the administrator start, check the below requirements:
- Operating system compatibility: Windows, Mac OS, or Linux distributions.
- Administrator privileges on the machine.
- Internet access for the transfer.
 
Download procedure
1. Open a browser such as Chromium, FF, or Edge Chromium.
2. Go to the official Cisco site or your organization portal.

1. Launch the AnyConnect application.
2. Enter the VPN server hostname.
3. Provide your credentials and any 2FA verification.
4. Click Begin connection and verify the VPN state.
 
Troubleshooting
If you face problems:
- Verify network connectivity.
- Reboot the software.
- Uninstall and reinstall the software.
